FAMILY w/ KIDS GUIDELINES: Look: Something for Parents and their kids: $15 for 13 + up, $8.50 for kids 12 and under. Immediate family members only. This includes parents and children age 19 and under. All family entries must be mailed together. A separate entry form is required for each participant. Must register by June 6 for Family discount.
LATE ENTRY FEE: If received after June 6, $15 per person for 12 and under; $20 for 13 and up.
NO FAMILY DISCOUNT.
DAY OF RACE ENTRIES: Will be accepted from 7:00 - 7:50 a.m. at the Cedar Park
TSHIRTS: ALL ENTRIES INCLUDE TSHIRT. All youth sizes are a red cotton tee. The Adult sizes will
be a techno-fabric with embroder logo on left chest. Please indicate on entry form color choice of
shirt in Forest Green, Red, or Navy

TOT TROT: All participants 5 and under receive finisher ribbon and special coupon

ALUMNI OF CEDAR RAPIDS: The fastest male and female in both the 2-mile and 5-mile. Must be a graduate of CR Public School.
DISTANCE/YOUNGEST/GOLDEN YEAR The (1) entrant that lives the farthest, (1) entrant that
is the youngest, and (1) entrant that is the Golden Year recipient in any of the events will
receive a special award. Will be figured by entry form.
COURSE: TOT TROT: All kids 5 and under will run 100 yards. Parents are welcome to help out.
1-MILE, 2-MILE, & 5-MILE: All the same route, out and back. Begin at Cedar Park.
Proceed East on Main Street to the 4-way intersection. Turn North onto Hwy 52 and turn-
arounds at ½ mile, 1-mile, and the 2 ½ mile marks. All pavement, with a gradual uphill for the
5-milers at the turnaround point.
